Preston Hammer is a life-long entrepreneur and seasoned business executive with an undergraduate degree from Stanford University, where he served as senior class president, and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, where he achieved three majors, graduated high distinction, and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.
Mr. Hammer is experienced in evaluating business opportunities, launching new companies (in the U.S. and abroad), raising capital, and devising and implementing growth strategies. His work experience ranges from real estate development to publishing (in print and online), and from e-commerce to investment banking. After a number of successful start-ups including an e-commerce company, a packaged foods business and a wedding and special events publication, Preston Hammer, a Stanford University graduate and former senior class president who holds a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, co-founded a real estate development company in South America.
